Its about to get weird
Swansea has always known how to party.
From the legendary nights on Wind Street to the hidden gems in the Uplands, the energy in this city is unmatched. But on Saturday, April 5th, we’re bringing something to Hippos that pushes the boundaries of the local nightlife even further.
We’re taking over for the night to launch our new album, Llama or Lama, and we’ve teamed up with the legends at Celtic Tribe to create an immersive experience that bridges the gap between a Live Psychedelic Rock gig and a proper Underground Rave.
The Live Experience
This isn’t your standard DJ set. We (Cosmic Lama) are bringing a plethora of live instruments to the stage—electric guitars, bass, native flutes, and didgeridoos—weaving them into high-energy electronic beats. It’s organic, it’s tribal, and it’s a full live performance. Think Shpongle meets a rock band, right here in the heart of Swansea.
To keep the night flowing, we have local legend DJ Sizey (Celtic Tribe). With 25 years in the scene, he knows exactly how to read a Swansea dancefloor, mixing progressive and psychedelic beats to keep the energy rising.
The Mystery Begins...
The excitement is building. We have two massive headliners yet to be announced, plus a stacked lineup of support acts. We will be revealing the full roster weekly, starting with the incredible Bric a Brac, who you might have caught at Boomtown Fair playing his unique blend of glitch and organic bass made from "found sounds."
We are also proud to be hosting a competition winner and showcasing fresh new talent on the night, giving the next generation of artists a platform to shine.
MARK YOUR CALENDAR: Our 2nd major headliner will be revealed on March 20th—the same day the ticket tiers shift.

We want this to be a proper party where everyone can get involved, so we’ve kept the early tickets super cheap. Prices go up after the Equinox!

Honestly, grab the £5 ones while they are there. It saves you a tenner for drinks on the night and guarantees your spot on the dancefloor before the big headliner reveal drops.
