Cosmic Flow: Ecstatic Dance Experience

Overview
Join us for a cosmic-themed ecstatic dance experience! The journey begins with an opening ceremony, followed by a live dj set with high-vibrational dance music of various genres, and ending with a relaxing sound bath session. Stay after to connect with other participants through games, collaborative art, sharing cirlces, and deep convos (bring anything you'd like to)!

Optional Dress-Up:

Shine in metallics, glow-in-the-dark accents, and celestial patterns (stars, moons, etc.)!

Price:

Pay as little or as much as you can ($10-20 per person is the typical range). All ages 6+ are welcome. Ages 6-16 require a parent to be present. Please place a separate order for each attendee.

Info: To start the experience, we will gather together to set intentions, connect with each other, and create a safe, supportive space. We will then do some light stretching and tune into our bodies and energy before the dance begins.

Info: The music in ecstatic dance is carefully curated to guide your journey, following a wave-like flow. It begins with gentle, meditative sounds to help you ground, gradually builds to energizing beats for expressive movement, reaches a climactic peak, and then softens into soothing melodies for reflection and integration. It’s designed to support your connection to body, mind, and spirit.

Info: We will end the experience with a 10-minute sound bath meditation session to ground our energy before transitioning back into daily life. Participants also have time to connect and reflect with each other.

Info: After the dance, stick around to connect with like-minded individuals in the community. Enjoy activities like board games, card games, arts and crafts, deep conversations, and sharing circles for poetry, art, music, and more. Feel free to bring your own activities or items to share. Unfortunately, no food allowed. Drinks are fine!
