-THE BAND-
The band is led by the charismatic Trumpeter, cornetist and Singer Cosimo Pignataro who's accompained by his Hot Coals: Martin Di Pietro (piano), Stefano Della Grotta (guitar& banjo), Mirko Boles (doublebass), Giovanni Amodeo (clarinet), and Michele Capasso (drums).
Cosimo and his Hot Coals are considered among the new Italian swing and jazz stars and worldwide recognized on TikTok and Instagram, with more than 20 milions views and appreciations from world-renowned artists like Michael Bublè, Cosimo and the Hot Coals are captivating the international audience with their unique style, able to combine their passion for ‘10s and ‘20s Hot Jazz and New Orleans Jazz with the charm and elegance of the italian songwriting.
In may 2025 the band released its fourth album,
“TROPPA SERIETÀ”, gained numerous praises all around the world, especially in Central and North America, Europe and Saudi Arabia.
The new single "Urla La Campagna" has been released since July 2024 and has also been reviewed on BBC radio in London by Jamie Cullum.
