Step into the world of specialty coffee with an approachable introduction to cupping (the way coffee professionals taste and evaluate coffee).

In this guided session, you’ll sample a variety of Corvus's core coffees side by side and learn how to notice the differences in flavor. Whether you’re brand new to specialty coffee or simply curious to explore beyond your daily cup, this experience will give you the tools to better understand what you’re tasting and why.

We’ll explore three distinct categories: coffees from different origins, coffees processed in different ways, and coffees shaped by unique fermentations. Tasting them together will highlight how each factor influences the final cup and help you discover which qualities you enjoy most.
