About this Event
This immersive day invites teams to unplug, slow down and rediscover the joy of simple, hands-on connection with nature - and each other.
Join us for a day at Tilgate Park exploring & reconnecting with Nature. We will take our sweep nets into the park to identify insects and take part in a national citizen science project : The Big Butterfly Count, before heading into the woods for an immersive day under the trees tuning into our senses.
After preparing and lighting the campfire together for hot drinks and snacks, we will embark on woodland crafts and sensory games helping us reconnect with the natural world and each other.
This is a day to breathe deeply, move mindfully and reconnect with nature, with your team and with yourself.
