Join us for the Coronado Ranch Community Garage Sale, a neighborhood-wide event bringing together dozens of homes in one convenient morning of buying, selling, and clearing out.
This sale is intentionally scheduled the weekend before bulk trash pickup, making it the perfect opportunity to sell what you can, donate what you don’t need, and make room before pickup begins the following week.

- Easy access near Higley and Queen Creek, with a neighborhood map provided closer to the event
📍 Getting There
For easy navigation, set your GPS to Shuhandler Park. The park sits in the center of Coronado Ranch and will lead you right into the neighborhood.
