Across the weekend we move through the five elements together, creating a shared experience of balance and connection.

Three dedicated spaces support your weekend:
• BODY SPACE — movement, strength, yoga, dance, everything for your beautiful body.
• MIND SPACE — talks, philosophy, practical tools for everyday life, the mental body and bringing balance to your mental health.
• SOUL SPACE — meditation, breath work, mantra and quiet reflection to soothe and harmonise your Soul.
Our offerings are welcoming and designed for all levels. Whether you are new to yoga or a long-time practitioner, there is something for everyone.

We journey from the grounding of earth to the spaciousness of ether guided by experienced teachers in yoga, dance, meditation, breath work and mind medicine.
Each session invites you into deeper clarity and connection, supported by incredible music, inspiring workshops and nourishing food made with love.
It’s a chance to feel lighter, calmer and more at home in yourself.

We are made of the same elements that shape the natural world around us. When these forces are in balance, we feel steady, energised and well.

Our teachers are carefully selected from a pool of wisdom keepers within the Coromandel region. We have so many wonderful teachers and presenters bringing their Mahi, their lived wisdom, their qualifications and their love.
Together as a collective collaboration, we aim to bring to you a weekend full of incredible experiences and a journey to remember.
