About this Event
Ann’s Pasties is bringing a taste of their tradition to the Truro Food Festival — and you’re invited to learn from one of Cornwall’s true culinary icons. On Wednesday, 24 September 2025, festival-goers can join Ann Muller, the woman behind the famous Ann’s Pasties, for a one-of-a-kind workshop celebrating Cornwall’s most beloved dish.
You’ll be guided through the whole process — from preparing the classic shortcrust and filling, to mastering the famous Cornish crimp — all in a fun and relaxed setting.
At the end of the session, you’ll take home your very own handmade pasty, ready to bake fresh in your own oven.
