Join Annie Seabourne of My Fish Kitchen for a hands-on seafood workshop celebrating one of Cornwall’s most iconic fish — the mackerel.
In this 60-minute session, Annie will guide you through the process of filleting fresh Cornish mackerel with confidence and care. You’ll learn essential knife skills, how to handle and prep whole fish, and how to create clean, ready-to-eat fillets.
You’ll then turn your fillets into a delicious ceviche to take home — packed with flavour and freshness. A complimentary glass of wine is included to enjoy during the session.
