🌽 On Saturday, December 21, the shortest day of the year, we’re excited to host a Winter Solstice Scrimmage at Gibson Arena in Muncie, Indiana.🛼 Participation in the scrimmage will be open to visiting skaters from surrounding leagues. Starting at 8 AM, there will be two scrimmages based on skater skill level: one intermediate/advanced scrimmage, and one beginner/intermediate scrimmage.
❄️ The cost to participate is $10 per skater, all skaters must have current WFTDA insurance. Interested skaters must fill out the following form to secure their spot: https://forms.gle/tD2LvpvCWNWUBD386
☀️ 🌕 Team placements will be sent out the week of the scrimmage.
👀 These scrimmages will follow the WFTDA gender policy, but don't worry, we’re busy planning our annual all-day open gender Cornflict Scrim-a-Thon for January 24, 2026. Stay tuned to our social media for more information.
💙 This scrimmage will be open to spectators for a $10 suggested donation at the door. This is a low-key event which will not include an announcer, score board, or seating. Spectators should bring their own chairs.
