Doors open at 9:45am
- Parking in front of venue or in parking lot besides the dry cleaners is free
- Must be 18 or older to participate
- This will be an all level vinyasa flow
- Lyrics will Include profanity and aggressive themes
- Complementary cornbread & mimosas will be available before and after class
- Yoga mats are available but please bring your own mat and props
- Space is limited so please rsvp beforehand but you may walk in (no refunds)
- RSVPing means you're liable for any injuries or damages during the flow
