Meet us at Philadelphia's Subaru Cherry Blossom Festival!The event is free at the Fairmount Park Horticultural Center (entering the Shofuso House cost a small amount of money, but if you've never been to a Japanese tea house, it is a beautiful experience).
Enjoy cherry blossoms, music and dance performances, food vendors, a beer garden, and most importantly, *the Pretty in Pink Pet Parade*! ::insert air horns here::
Corgi parents and pets are encouraged to dress up in Sakura pink- or as their favorite anime character!
The parade is at 2pm by the sundial area (center of the grounds).Let's overload the parade with loafy cuteness.
Parking is nearby at the Mann Center for $10 and the event is accessible by public transportation bus routes 38, 40, 43, and 64.
If you've never been, some people will dress in cosplay and yukatas, but it's not required. Hope to see you there!
