Sunday (May 31): Teaching 12:00–18:00 • Closing 18:00 • Event ends 20:00.
Rooms & Setups
• Event Space (750 sq ft): Panels hourly 12:00–22:00; 50 seats; stage + mics + lights.
• Speak Easy (475 sq ft): RPGs + social deduction + food lounge (24h). Mixed seating 12–24. Divides/opens to Event Space.
• Games Room (650 sq ft): Board Games continuous, ~10 tables (flex layout).
• Photography Studio: Board Games / War Games overflow; 8–10 tables (3'×8'); rear storage 6'×20'.
• Screen Printing Room (695 sq ft, basement): Vendors + artists + retail (open hours posted).
• Podcast Room: Live interviews + VIP talks; Miniatures terrain tables fixed all weekend.
• Foyers (×3 up to 400 sq ft): Artist signings, indie sellers, advertisers.
