About this Event
The CORE Volleyball Spring Program is a structured developmental training program designed to help athletes build strong fundamentals while preparing advanced players for higher-level team play.
Athletes are placed into one of two training cohorts based on skill level and readiness:
Advanced Cohort
This group focuses on structured systems play, including offensive and defensive concepts, court positioning, transitions, and game-like decision-making. Training emphasizes consistency, communication, and volleyball IQ. Athletes in this cohort will also receive guidance on off-season jumping and vertical development to support long-term athletic performance.
Grassroots Cohort
This group is fundamentals-focused and designed for newer or developing athletes. Training emphasizes building a proper passing platform, ball control, footwork, and basic court awareness to create a strong technical foundation for future advancement.
The Spring Program is ideal for athletes preparing for middle or high school volleyball, or for players looking to continue developing their skills in a focused, supportive environment. Training sessions are structured, high-repetition, and coached with attention to individual growth.
Placement is determined by the coaching staff to ensure athletes are challenged appropriately and able to progress efficiently.
