Dear Mamas, let me say this first, friends:
If you’ve ever thought:
“Why doesn’t my core feel like it used to?”

You are not alone. And you’re definitely not broken.
Whether your baby is 6 months old or 16 years old, your body has been through something big. And most women never actually get taught how to rebuild from it.
That’s what this series is all about. 💙
This is NOT a workout.
This series is about slowing down, reconnecting, and rebuilding your core the right way.
We’re talking:
✔️ Proper breathing (yes, it matters more than you think)
✔️ Deep core activation (not just crunches and hoping for the best)
✔️ Intentional strength work that actually supports your female body
✔️ Movements you can take home and use for life
This is about getting your function back so you can feel strong again, confident again, and like yourself again.
This is for:
- Women only
- Any stage postpartum (recent or years, yes, years later)
- If you want to feel stronger, more connected, and more in control of your body again
This isn't about pushing harder. It's about rebuilding smarter.

Optional things to bring to classes:
- Yoga mat
