About this Event
Welcome to the CORE Network Nashville Quarterly Networking Lunch and Training event! Join us for an exciting opportunity to connect with fellow professionals in a casual setting. This in-person event is being hosted by Be Well Care Well at the Southeast Branch of the Nashville Public Library, located at 5260 Hickory Hollow Pkwy #201, Antioch, TN 37013. Come prepared to network, learn, and grow your skills.
Our speaker this month is Ashley Jasinski of Parenting that Works! (formerly the Regional Intervention Program). Join us as she presents: Parenting That Works! Collaboratively Addressing Challenging Behavior through Empowerment.
The Regional Intervention Program (RIP) has been in operation since 1969, assisting families with young children who exhibit challenging behaviors. With over 57 years of empowering parents and caregivers, it's time for an update. We will begin by sharing our big news about our new look! Then we will share what hasn't changed, our effective tools for building relationships with a child’s family so that you can work as a team to address challenging behaviors across settings. Participants will learn RIP's truly 'tried and true' 8 Strategies that Help, which discuss positive ways to address challenging behavior but in this session we will take it one step further, exploring how they are utilized to empower both the children and the parents too!
Don't miss out on this chance to expand your professional circle and knowledge. We look forward to seeing you there!
