Core Memories is a mindful movement class created for moms and their little ones to slow down, reconnect, and move together in softness.
About this Event

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, this experience is designed to create space for movement, conversation, community, and care through gentle mat-based movement focused on core and pelvic floor strength, interactive mommy-and-me exercises, and intentional connection time with other mothers.

This is not your typical mommy-and-me class. Think soft movement, real motherhood, little ones welcome exactly as they are, and a room full of women choosing softness together.

What’s Included:

• Mindful movement class for moms & minis

• Core + pelvic floor focused movement

• Interactive mommy-and-me exercises

• Continental breakfast + connection time

• Conversations centered around maternal mental wellness

Please bring:

• One mini per mama

• Yoga Mat

• Anything your mini may need for comfort

Best suited for moms with infants and toddlers ages 0–3 years old. No fitness experience needed.

Dress code: Black activewear (or whatever makes you feel comfortable)

Space is intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate.

By registering for or attending a Rooted in Women’s Wellness event, I acknowledge that participation in physical wellness activities may involve movement and inherent risks for both myself and my child.

I understand that all children attending must remain under the direct supervision and care of their parent or legal guardian at all times. Rooted in Women’s Wellness and the event venue do not provide childcare or child supervision services.

I voluntarily assume all risks related to participation and release Rooted in Women’s Wellness, its organizers, instructors, volunteers, affiliates, and venue partners from liability for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damages arising from participation in the event.

I confirm that I am responsible for my own health, my child’s safety, and our personal belongings throughout the event. By purchasing a ticket and attending, I acknowledge and agree to this waiver.
