Introducing our newest class to She Thrives Studio featuring our very own Dr. Maggie Gise!Maggie created Gaia with a dream of supporting women in the season of birth and babies and Core Foundations is an offering that is YEARS in the making. In this 4 week session, Maggie gently guides new moms in breathing and core exercises to support healing and prepare the body for progression to higher level exercise.
If you are a new mama, 4+ weeks postpartum, this is the perfect opportunity to build community and find confidence in moving your body safely in this new season.
