This is a 4-week program meditation and mindfulness program for all levels of experience, ending on October 28th (off Tuesday Oct. 14). No special equipment needed! Just dress comfortably and in layers and we look forward to having you join us! Classes are one hour and include a 15-20 minute meditation, a talk on mindfulness, and Q & A time.
NOTE: There is a Friday, 11:00am option also available on the scheduling page.
