Welcome to the Core Confidence Tour - Find your Pilates home. Build your boldest self.

This Fall, join me – Nike Olabisi-Green, life and mindset coach, dance fitness instructor, and founder of Nola Movement – for a powerful new series across LA.

Together, we’ll visit different Pilates studios, learning the history of the practice, exploring diverse teaching styles, and helping you discover the space that feels like home.

But Core Confidence is more than movement. Each session includes a power coaching conversation, where we’ll tap into confidence, presence, and mindset so you can step into any room – Pilates studio included – as your boldest, brightest self.

Meet Natural Pilates

This Fall we're helping you find your pilates home and Natural Pilates may just be the place for you. Prepare for your breath to be taken away by the workout and the views at their West Hollywood location.

Natural Pilates offers an athletic approach to classical Pilates choreography. Their attention to detail and focus on form paired coupled with level-appropriate resistance will activate and engage your muscles for a full-body burn, building strength and improving mobility. The class programming style and the intention in movement will increase body awareness.
