After our rejuvenating yoga session, we’ll gather to learn about the healing power of tea with our Mexican herbalist, exploring how herbs and plants can help us restore balance, express gratitude, and remember those who came before us. Please bring a photo for our ofrenda as a way to celebrate and keep their memory alive.
