Coquito Coro
Welcome to Coquito Coro, a cultural space uplifting the Hispanic/Latin diaspora of inner city artists to connect and celebrate our roots. Coquito Coro was a concept created by the host, EA to share his Latin pride and unify the community.
The evening will be filled with poetry, visual and performing artists, and networking among like-minded creatives. We will have Coquito, a latin version of eggnog and delicious Latin food available for purchase on a first come, first serve basis. NO outside food is allowed. There will also be live DJing! From hip-hop and R&B to bachata performances, you will leave with the flavors of Puerto Rico and other Latin countries.
Coquito Coro builds community through creative expression, and confidence through sharing our Hispanic/Latin narratives. Come sip, mingle, and enjoy the flavors of the diaspora with us! Oh! And don't forget to bring your flag! WEPA!
