Free/Donation-Based Yoga at Mueller Park! Led by Espoir Heimlich, Certified Yoga Teacher and brought to you by More Mindful Yoga.

If you have any interest in getting outdoors, meeting new people, and/or yoga, this is perfect for you. All levels of yoga are welcome. Each flow will be taught in an accessible way taking into account the different levels of expertise. Before and after yoga, people are encouraged to hang out, chat, and meet new people. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle.

Mueller Park has an incredible farmers' market from 10-2, rain or shine. Go check it out!
