The benefits of a Breathwork Circle:
Breathwork can help access and release suppressed emotions, leading to profound emotional healing. Participants often experience catharsis, where they can let go of stored tension, grief, anger or fear.
- Breathwork can induce altered states, where participants may experience visions, heightened intuition, or profound inner guidance.
- In a breathwork circle, participants often feel supported by the group, which can enhance the healing experience. The collective energy of the group can amplify the effects of the practice.
What to expect: We begin with gentle movement to open up our energy and release tension, a grounding meditation to center ourselves, followed by a guided holotropic breathwork journey. Afterward, we hold a healing circle where participants can share their experiences and insights, fostering a deep sense of connection and community.
