In a society that can often discourage recognising our feelings and emotions, on the basis of it being considered a weakness, it begs the important questions:

How do we truly know what we are feeling if we have never given ourselves the permission to unapologetically feel?

How can we allow ourselves to feel our emotions in order to move forward and gain a new knowledge and understanding of what they are here to teach us?

How can we live with more joy if sadness is not allowed to be felt, seen nor heard?

Welcome to my "Healing The Heart with Sacred Cacao Ceremony", a sacred space to heal our spiritual, emotional and mental wellbeing.

Important:

Timings: 1:00pm - 4:00pm

Please arrive on time or 10 minutes early, late comers will not be permitted to avoid disrupting the sacred flow of the ceremony space and missing out on important information shared. Thank you for your consideration.

• The shamanic journey with mama cacao

What is Ceremonial Cacao?

Commercial chocolate has been stripped of its medicinal health benefits. However ceremonial cacao is 100% cacao straight from the bean which is ground down into what is known as the ‘cacao liquor'. Ceremonial grade cacao contains all the medicinal benefits as well as providing us with the opportunity to connect to the spirt of mama cacao.

What to bring:

A yoga mat, a blanket and cushions will be provided:

Recommended:

✨Come as you are, everyone is welcome.

✨An open mind and heart.

✨No expectation, to allow beautiful insights to unfold naturally instead of being attached to certain outcomes.

✨ An intention for the journey, you can also think about this during the sharing circle before the journeying begins.

✨A journal & a pen.

✨A bottle of water to drink.

Optional:

✨An extra blanket or pillow, eye mask.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Please avoid consuming cacao if you are taking SSRI’s - (Cacao releases serotonin, so it works as a mild anti-depressant. When taken with SSRI’s that release serotonin chemically it can lead to serotonin syndrome).

We suggest that pregnant woman and people with heart or high blood pressure Medic*tion should avoid it if they are caffeine sensitive. (if your are ok drinking coffee you should be able to drink cacao).

As I like to say "When we go in the direction of love, it won't lead us astray."

Jade is a qualified Naturopath, certified MOE life coach, a trainee herbalist and certified Cacaoista (Rebekah Shaman).

How did it all begin?

Jade Lovel comes from a family of autoimmune conditions, raised in environments that support addictive patterns and behaviours, in which conventional medicine was the norm. This made her question whether her health was destined for this also. Jade’s curiosity grew from here, fuelling a determination to find a "solution" to these health problems.

Through introspection and extensive research Jade managed to find that sickness is not her story, and through proper nutrition, herbalism and spiritual practices such as meditation, journaling, prayer and movement life can be lived healthily, free from the inevitable physical pain she was being conditioned to knowing. Jade does not suggest that cacao by any means is "a magic pill" that solves all problems, however she knows that cacao as a plant ally and guide can support a long and worthwhile path to finding true healing from within.

Through her personal brand "Muevetesol" Jade provides a platform that encourages healing through plant and movement medicine, whilst ultimately reminding you that "it is all within you, stop searching outside yourself".

Through her interest in poetry, philosophy, dance and advocacy on the exploration of love, Jade invites her clients to feel love, pain, emotions, as both a prevention and healing mechanism, in order to let go of suppression and use them as tools to create space and permission for healing to occur.

Jade feels that this is cacao’s message for our times.
