San Leandro Creek-side Restoration Days
Help the Friends of San Leandro Creek in making the creek healthier and more resilient by volunteering your help on our upcoming Restoration Day.
Meet us at Chabot Park in San Leandro / Sylvan Circle off Estudillo Ave below the parking lot by the creek on Saturday, September 13th, 9:30AM - 12:30PM / Bring gloves, and gardening tools if you have them.
On November 8th we begin to cultivate for the first time, native plant species along the banks of San Leandro Creek. It's a special event that the Friends of San Leandro Creek has been planning for many months. All hands are needed, welcome and encouraged.
Brings sturdy gloves and gardening tools for planting.
Community service credits also provided.
