About this Event
Plant Walk in Paradise
A guided spring experience for the nature-curious
Join me for a slow and restorative morning inside the lush beauty of Meadowdale Park, where we will gently explore the edible and medicinal plants awakening with the season.
Spring invites us back into relationship — with the land, with the body, and with the quiet wisdom that lives in the natural world. As we walk together through the forest, we will pause to notice the tender greens, emerging blossoms, aromatic leaves, and resilient plant allies that have supported people for generations.
This is more than a plant walk.
It is an invitation to remember how to listen.
Together, we will explore:
• how to recognize common medicinal and edible plants
• how to harvest with reverence and reciprocity
• traditional uses for seasonal plant allies
• how presence deepens our connection to the living world
Along the trail we may encounter nettle, salmonberry, licorice fern, cleavers, plantain, Oregon grape, and other native plants of the Pacific Northwest.
Whether you are new to plant medicine or already feel drawn to the wisdom of the green world, this experience offers a grounded way to deepen your connection with nature through direct experience.
Space will be intentionally limited to preserve the intimacy of the experience.
