Hosted by FermenTABLE Founder Catalina Brumann and Rachel de Thample

Catalina Brumann is the founder of the Nourish & Nurture weekend and FermenTABLE. Through FermenTABLE, she runs workshops, delivers speaking events about the health benefits of fermentation, and develops delicious recipes. Catalina has been fermenting food for more than 20 years.
