Join Us Every Monday from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Schedule:
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM: Energize your mind, body, and soul with our invigorating movement class. This session includes:
- 20 minutes of running or walking
- 20 minutes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT)
- 20 minutes of yoga
This holistic approach provides a comprehensive workout that activates and energizes every aspect of your being. All fitness levels are welcome, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete
7:30 PM - 8:30 PM: Join us in the Halidom for a social gathering where we’ll eat, drink, and get to know each other. It’s a great opportunity to build connections and enjoy some post-workout refreshments.
What to Bring:
- Water
- Yoga mat (Limited mats available on a first-come, first-served basis)
- Towel
Additional Information:
- This is a free group fitness session in partnership with Vida Bela.
- We occasionally take photos and videos for social media content.
