Making Sense of Your Worth is an eight-session journey that invites individuals to explore how life experiences have shaped the way they see themselves, affect how they relate to others, and influence their choices. Participants identify harmful messages carried for years, messages like “I’m not good enough,” and replace them with the truth of their preciousness and inherent value.

As false internal beliefs are gently uncovered, participants move beyond painful past experiences, release what has kept them stuck, and build a lasting foundation of positive self-worth and secure attachment.

Because each session builds on the one before it, participants are asked to commit to attending all eight sessions:

January 6, 13, 27 (no class on the 20)

February 3, 10, 17, 24, and March 3
