Join us for a unique yoga journey that blends mindful movement with Brené Brown’s BRAVING* framework. This series is designed to help you cultivate inner trust, strengthen courage and increase self-awareness through gentle practice and guided reflection.

No yoga experience needed.

Class will be a combination of discussion and movements.

This is a 8 week series.

Starts Jan 7th, Thursday at 4:30-6pm and will end February 25th.

Cost is $325 for the whole series.

Please bring own yoga mat if you prefer. Mats, blocks, blankets and other yoga accessories will be available for use.

Limited to 8 spots.

Class is taught by Michelle Ceyler, MA, LPCC-S, LICDC-CS, RYT 200.
