Join Art for Wellness CIC for a relaxing, nature-inspired creative workshop designed to support wellbeing, reduce stress, and build confidence.

Set in a friendly small-group environment, these sessions offer a calm and welcoming space to slow down, connect with others, and explore your creativity. Each workshop is led by experienced artists and includes activities such as painting, mixed media, embroidery, and seasonal sensory art inspired by nature.
