Join Us for HR Café: Networking & Connection

Join us for a discussion on best practices for dealing with challenging situations and strengthening relationships by handling conflict with care as opposed to avoiding it, tips and tools for proactive versus reactive communication, discussion about generational differences and how to inspire and motivate yourself and your workforce.


Our presenter, Sara Martin, is a Senior HR Consultant for GTM HR & Payroll. She has over 25+ years Human Resources experience including Associate Relations, Talent Management, Training and Development and overall workforce support in manufacturing, retail, and professional environments. She has worked in both union and non-union environment and thrives in conflict management helping people to use it as a steppingstone to strengthen relationships and gain deeper understanding.
