Copy of Family Constellations 2 DAY Weekend Workshop with Aiste & Ann

HOW THE WORKSHOP UNFOLDS

This is a 2 day workshop, running between 10am to 5pm each day.

Saturday starts with a brief introduction to the foundations of Family Constellations and a short guided visualization to help everyone settle into the day.

This is folllowed by a short constellation exercise to gently introduce the process. The exercise helps us to let go of our normal thinking and what we should or should not be doing, and instead, helps us get in touch with our body and how it is feeling. We call this 'embodiment'.

After the exercise, we move onto full constellations. The constellations are facillitated by Aiste and Ann in turn, who will ask if anyone has an issue, e.g. family, health, work or money issues, with which they need help and would like to be the subject of a constellation. Aiste and Ann decide which person and issue to work with, including which they feel will best serve all the group . Please do not worry if you do not get chosen! You will still gain from acting as a representative or being part of the holding circle. In our experience, even just being part of the group often helps people see their own issue more clearly or from a different perspective. Family Constellations helps us to let go of our judgements and see what may help our healing and our whole family systems balance.

This course is open to everyone, whether they are new to family constellations or have exeprience.

Info: This is a 2 Day weekend workshop which may help to release old patterns that keep you from living your dreams, letting go of worry and experiencing the natural flow of life. It can help you feel fully present in your body, rather than trapped in your head.

This was a complete in depth facilitator training studying traditional Family Constellations with Barbara Morgan , symptom and illness constellations with Stephan Hausner and Organisational constellations with Ty Francis. Aiste and Ann deeply appreciate the depth and healing potential of Family Constellations and love working together. Their collaboration is based on trust, friendship and mutual respect and this is felt in the atmosphere of the groups they hold.
