About this Event

As careers progress, managers are challenged to lead teams rather than achieiving results by themselves. Their focus changes from 'knowing the answers' to 'shaping converstations and asking the right questions'.

This session sets out the principles of faciltiation and showcases a few simple rules for leadership - helping memembers of a group feel safe and work together to deliver great solutions.

Faciltion practice (Do's and donts)

All attendees will receive a Work Sheet which recaps the main points
