Dawn A. Lunt has been a member of ABWA for over 33 years and a member of the Orange Park Chapter for just over two years. She is currently the Chapter Treasurer and over the years has held Chapter positions as: President, Vice President, and Committee Chairs including: Membership, Newsletter, Professional Development, Fundraising, Education, and Best Practices Guru. She is involved in Florida’s First Coast Area Council of ABWA and is currently AC Advisor. She has been named Chapter Woman of the Year, and was a Top Ten nominee.
Dawn has a Master’s Degree in Accounting (MAcc) and is President of Dawn A. Lunt, Inc., which is an Accounting & Tax Practice in Fernandina Beach. She is a member of NATP (National Association of Tax Professionals), and holds the AFSP (Annual Filing Season Program) designation with the IRS. She is involved with various non-profits in Northeast Florida including: Treasurer of the Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival, Community Foundation of Northeast Florida, United Way of Northeast Florida, Ben’s Place Services, Inc., and St. Michael Catholic Church. She enjoys photography, bicycling, and geocaching. Dawn has two adult children and five grandchildren.
