As our world becomes increasingly digital, it's essential that everyone, regardless of age or skill level, has the knowledge to navigate this new technology landscape(i.e., AI, cloud tools, cybersecurity or other digital platforms) safely and confidently. Unfortunately, many individuals, particularly from non IT background, lack the digital literacy needed to protect themselves from online threats and to perform online tasks.
