Come Sit With Us is a gentle meditation and community gathering for anyone longing for a place of stillness with no pressure, no performance, no expectations.
Whether you’ve been meditating for years or are simply curious, this is an invitation to settle into a quieter rhythm and be with others in a way that feels real. We’ll sit together in silence, explore a short reflection, and close with time to share or simply rest in community. You don’t need to know anything or be anything. Just come as you are…and bring your favorite meditation cushion or mat if you like.
I’m AJ Anantadev, a former monk who has spent over 20 years studying what it means to live from the inside out. I now write, teach, and support people in returning to the deeper truth of themselves. My offering is simply to hold a space where you can meet your own wisdom and truth.
