• April 11th - Birth to Bloom : Celebrating A Journey of Wellness for Mothers. -- a nurturing space for expectant parents to slow down, connect, and prepare for the journey ahead. This group focuses on stress reduction and mindful preparation for labor and birth, offering gentle guidance, supportive conversation, and practical tools to help you feel more grounded and confident. Through relaxation techniques, mindfulness practices, and shared experiences, participants cultivate calm, resilience, and trust in their bodies as they move toward birth and early parenthood.

The Georgia Black Doula Network, Inc. presents BLOOM, Birghing Love Outreach & Optimal Motherhood. A series of informational sessions tailored to the unique needs of pregnant and postpartum Black families. Each BLOOM session focuses on a relevant topic, led by a community expert, and provides a safe and supportive space for participants to share their experiences, connect with others, and gain valuable insights, ultimately empowering them to achieve optimal health outcomes during pregnancy and childbirth.
