The Walk Milford Challenge has 2 goals. Rain or Shine Walking event!

1. To raise Awareness for Mental Health & The Prevention of Suicide

2. To have the ENTIRE City of Milford walked starting sunrise and completing by 8 pm.

This is the 8th year for this event! Walks with Buddy, Inc has created an outside the box event to walk your neighborhood route and then come together to celebrate and learn together.

How does this happen? Walk an Entire City? The City of Milford has been broken into 163 walking routes of varying lengths. PLEASE TRACK YOUR WALK to make it OFFICIAL

Guiness Book of World Records has been contacted!

YOU purchase your ticket here FIRST on Eventbrite to walk for $30.00 which gets you an event T-shirt (first 50 guaranteed). Then the process will take you through and you will pick your route and then designate a non-profit to benefit.

New this year the routes purchased you will be able to designated to the non-profit of your choice (14 are listed) to receive $15 of the $30 or 50%.

Once you have walked Please come to Fowler Field for the festivities!!

Event Day at Fowler Field 9am to 12pm

• Color your route and sign the City Map of Milford
• Meditation and Sound bath at 9:00 am with Melissa (register nonperishable)
• Yoga at 9:30 with WalkAboutYoga Traci Weber (nonperishable donation)
• Fitness class at 10:00 am w/ Jon Shapiro of Fire Inside Fitness ($10 donation)

Info: The Map of the City of Milford will be on display to be colored with your route you walk and signed!! If unable to get there we will place the map to have access after!
