About this Event
Everyone has experienced a meditative state in moments of deep joy or when completely engrossed in an activity - when just for a moment the mind becomes so light and at ease. While we have such moments, we are unable to repeat them at will. Meditation almost instantly alleviates from stress-related problems, deeply relaxes the mind and rejuvenates the entire system within minutes.
This session will cover a small talk on meditation and its connection to the breath, followed by a relaxing, guided meditation unique to the Art of Living and a simple take-home breathing technique.
This session serves as an introduction to the Art of Living Happiness Program - learn about the powerful and profound Sudarshan Kriya breathing technique.
