Join us at Copper Bell Bookshop for a special read-aloud of If I Built a School by Chris Van Dusen. This imaginative story follows a boy as he dreams up the ultimate school—a place that's "perfectly planned and impeccably clean," where learning is "fun in a place that's fun, too."
Our community recently came together to "dream up" the plans for Ridgefield’s Elementary 3, incorporating feedback from community members and families. This new plan is focused on only what's needed, and will solve the long overdue need for a new elementary school in Ridgefield. Now, we’re excited to hear a story that imagines what a school could look like from a child’s perspective.
