A weekend of shared leadership, unscripted connection, and the discovery of a forgotten intelligence...
If mindfulness is the cultivation of awareness, Relatefulness is the cultivation of awareness interpersonally.
For 2.5 days, we engage in a living, breathing practice—one that reveals how much of you is includable, how much of you is needed. Through a dynamic, evolving flow of presence, we co-create the space together, uncovering new dimensions of autonomy, interdependence, and self-trust.
This weekend will include structured exercises, spontaneous practices, and Flow. Flow is a practice stemming from Encounter Groups. It can look structureless, which can be intense for some, or it can feel as natural as seeing an old friend. In daily life, we rely on countless unspoken conversational norms that can feel like politeness, turn-taking, or invisible rules about what’s “okay” to express. Flow doesn’t specifically set out to upend these norms but reveals how our assumptions about connection shape our experience.
There are no specific rules, but you will notice people’s cultural habits creating clusters of behavior that look like implicit rules. Through longer warm-up exercises, we will explore how structure and free-flowing presence are not opposites but partners.
◄ Who is this for? ►
If you’ve ever wondered what it would feel like to move beyond what you think freedom is, this is for you.
If you long for connection that isn’t contrived—something deeper than words, something that breathes—you belong here.
If you’re ready to pioneer the edges of your own awareness, this is your space.
◄ What to Expect ►
• In-the-moment feedback on what it’s like to be together.
• Appreciation for what we collectively create.
• Empowerment to contribute and lead within the space.
The benefits of this practice are innumerable. Whether it’s navigating family dynamics, feeling alone in a crowd, or deepening your ability to engage with Love and Truth, Flow fosters a natural ease with expression, listening, and being seen.
Expect the unexpected. Expect to be met. Expect to meet yourself in ways you couldn’t alone.
And if it all feels like too much? Interrupt. Interject. Take the space you need.
Because this isn't a performance. It’s participation.

◄ Additional Information ►
• Please arrive early to settle into the space before we start. 15 minutes early is great, but it’s okay if you’re just on time.
• This event is a “brave space” rather than a “safe space”. There are no guarantees about how you will be received by the group. If you want a certain kind of reception, you are empowered to create it.
• Be prepared to take agency and say yes or no as needed. While guided, this practice requires personal responsibility.
