Copa Sip 'n Shop: Masik Tas Registration

3 Day Weekend Bundle - $200

Reserve your table for a great INDOOR vendor event on the busiest weekend of the year for Ak-Chin Circle Entertainment Center! The Ak-Chin Community celebrates Masik-Tas (their birthday weekend) and it is also Christmas weekend. Outside there will be free carnival rides and concerts. Inside, it will be active with movies, televised sports, and bowling. The outside crowd will be passing through the lobby area with the vendors. Vendors may leave their tables overnight.

• Load in Friday begins at 1pm and must be complete by 3 PM.
• Load in will be through the front parking lot only.
• There are no refunds for any reason.
• *Special note on Friday night- concert is outside while we are inside, and the heaviest of foot-traffic is after the concert. It may be very slow during the concert. Vendors can stay past 10pm if sales are continuing.

• Vendors must provide own tables and all tables must have cloth covers that cover 75% of table legs. Setups larger than 6 ft will be required to purchase additional space(s). Registration is non-refundable. Spaces will be assigned when you arrive at the event. Please do not set up prior to checking in.
• Direct marketing vendors email [email protected] for approval prior to registering. Only one reservation per direct marketing company will be permitted. Provide NAME, PRODUCT/COMPANY NAME & DATE OF EVENT. YOU WILL NOT GET REFUNDED IF YOU REGISTER BY "ACCIDENT"! (This only applies to direct marketing reps, for example Color Street/Pampered Chef/Lularoe/etc. If you are a crafter or small private business this step is not required.)
• FOOD VENDORS NOT PERMITTED
• DUE TO LIABILTY/SAFETY CONCERNS, SMALL CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13 NOT PERMITTED IN VENDOR AREA
• Only 2 business/vendor reps per 6 foot table.
• POLITICAL PARTIES OR RELATED SALES BOOTHS ARE NOT PERMITTED
• Spaces are assigned upon arrival and location requests will not be accepted.
• Vendors are asked to enter from the back of the entertainment center so as not to disrupt the Ak-Chin Circle main entrance.
• Vendors must unload their products/tables/etc and move their vehicle from the loading zone prior to setting up their space.
• STORAGE BINS THAT CANNOT BE HIDDEN UNDER TABLE MUST BE RETURNED TO VEHICLE
• Electricity is available for vendor use in most areas. Must provide own extension cord. Portable lights operated by battery is highly suggested!
