An interactive workshop to help OST staff incorporate interactive, interdependent, goal-oriented group work into their youth programs.
About this Event

Cooperative Learning is a purposeful learning structure coordinated and facilitated by the adult where youth work interdependently with one or more peers.

This interactive workshop gives strategies for successfully incorporating interactive, interdependent, goal-oriented group work into youth programs. Research shows that working in pairs or groups supports young people in being active, self-directing, and expressive.

Participants will leave this session with practical skills that can be implemented immediately.
Workshop Facilitator
