MicroLoan Foundation is a social microfinance institution and women's empowerment and poverty alleviation charity that works in Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe. MicroLoan Foundation provides rural women with business training, loans, and ongoing mentorship so they can start a small business and work their own way out of poverty.
Since 2002, MicroLoan has helped over 450,000 women to build successful livelihoods. As a result, more than 1.9 million children in their care have increased access to food, healthcare and education.
