“We are so proud of our student film makers and all they have accomplished this year,” says Samantha Rohr, Cohort Leader of the COOL Cooperative. “It’s one thing to have an idea, but to bring that idea to life takes dedication and hard work. We are so excited to showcase the hard work of our students this year and show our community the future artist coming into the field.” The event will show a total of 9 short films. “This being our 4th annual student film slam we decided to elevate our students' work even further by including a filmmaker panel focused on our Cohort film, The 4th Player. We will hear from our students about their process, the fun of being on set, and the challenges of making films as a young artist.”
