This month's demo features private chef Jennifer Schwarzkopf.Schwarzkopf formerly served as the culinary director for Good Brothers Hospitality Group and as the executive chef for both The Ready Set and Good Co. Pioneer Pointe. In April of this year, she began working as a personal chef.
Prior to becoming a chef, she had a 20-year career in marketing communications, and occasionally still freelances as a food and lifestyle writer and photographer.
Schwarzkopf was raised in Mississippi and spent summers in Chile growing up, with both backgrounds having an influence on her approach to crafting a menu and creating a dish. For this demo, she plans to make a sweet potato casserole - just in time for Thanksgiving!
