Milwaukee AACT November Meeting
Come join us for the Milwaukee AACT November Meeting at the University of Wisconsin–Madison - Department of Food Science! This in-person event is a great opportunity to network with your fellow candy enthusiasts and learn or re-learn some basic bench top chocolate tempering. Allyson Martin of Clasen Quality Chocolate will be giving a chocolate tempering demo and walking you through the skills you need to do it yourself! Come ready to do a little hands on tempering in the pilot plant at Babcock Hall in addition to socializing and enjoying a taco bar!
