Ages: 8 to 14
Join chef and nutritionist Samantha Gowing for a vibrant, hands-on cooking class designed for kids aged 8–14. In this fun and interactive session, young cooks will learn practical kitchen skills while creating a colourful menu of Mini Rainbow Poke Bowls, Alt & Herb Flatbreads and a refreshing Pineapple Mint Surf Salsa.
The class encourages creativity, confidence, and curiosity around fresh, wholesome ingredients in a supportive environment. Each child will enjoy their creations and take home a bento-style poke pack along with a mini recipe booklet so they can recreate the dishes at home.
